This role is based in Warsaw, PL and you will have daily interactions with other teams for Uptime and other products located globally.

As Service Owner, Uptime Planning, you are responsible for planning and managing the development of one of the most important business applications used by Reliability Engineers and Service Managers supporting decision making to maximize the Uptime of their products during operation.
The role is a truly cross-functional role requiring interaction across all functionals areas of modern data-analytics based enterprise SaaS applications across Syncron.
You will gather, document and prioritize business needs, translate these into clear and descriptive product requirements, work closely with the product development organization in shaping and testing new releases, and interact with Users, Customer Success and Pre-
sales organizations in refinement and further development of the services. The role will require some travelling, often internationally.
As Service Owner you will :
ensuring that the team can execute efficiently and effectively by managing dependencies to meet service and product release goals

Work experience in a Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics Center setting for any Industrial entity would make you a strong candidate.
