This is a vital role within the Change Management and Customer Experience Solutions Team (CMCx) a dynamic, newly created team within Takeda Business Solutions.
We are champions of developing our TBS team’s capabilities to ensure we are positioned to deliver our current and future strategy.
In this role, you will define strategic capabilities together with Subject Matter Experts and create learning paths based on appropriate learning methodologies.

As the TBS Capabilities Manager, you will create the overall TBS Capability Framework and strategy, design learning paths using appropriate learning methodologies, and champion development in the TBS organization.
Reporting to the Head of Change Management and Customer Experience, you will be an innovative, trusted partner and work transversally with internal business stakeholders, leaders and SMEs.
Accelerate value & make an impact by :
Designing and building the TBS Capability Framework to deliver the current and future TBS strategy
Creating and delivering on a plan to build capabilities with measurable business impact
Translate capability gaps into actionable development paths via blended and self-paced learning opportunities for various target audiences
Define learning objectives for development paths and individual learning initiatives in order to align scope and content
Evaluate in-house ability to deliver learning opportunities, or work with vendors to deliver scope and learning
Support internal development of learning initiatives through good instructional design principles (ADDIE)
Analyse and measure business impact of development through metrics, or ready-now indicators for future capabilities
Required qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated business acumen with ability to translate strategy, business performance and future trends to practical capability development solutions
Proven track record in building learning capability and competency frameworks through use of multiple learning methods and technological channels
Solid background in ADDIE instructional design methodology and adult learning theory
Experience managing curriculum in an LMS environment.
Experience working with data and utilizing analytical insights to inform strategic learning recommendations
Demonstrated knowledge or interest in digital trends and technologies to support learning
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Fluency in English, both verbally and written
