We are looking for a new Senior Specialist to join Global Material Master Data Team (GMM) at Wella Poland office in Warsaw city center.
Our new joiner will become part of a global team and contribute to deliver business results via ensuring material master data on time creation and compliance
Code activation & further master data maintenance to ensure all codes are available on time against SLA
Resolving tickets related to master data issues according to set targets
Root cause analysis of issues reported via tickets exploring root causes, proposing solutions & driving action plan completion
Performing data quality checks to ensure data is compliant with global standards
Proactive escalation of business risks related to process & system gaps
Challenging existing processes & proposing / introducing improvements to drive efficiencies
Work instruction creation & updates
Sharing knowledge on MD standards with end-users & providing training as required
Supporting testing of new tools / system enhancements and providing feedback
Supporting local and international projects by active participation in requirements gathering, testing & hyper care
Close cooperation with other workstreams - planning, marketing, finance, R&D, IT, local code requestors
Supporting future transition activities (team scope changes).
High level of strong analytical skills

A proactive approach and can-do attitude
An Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, other functions);
Basic experience with Office 365 functionalities (Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint);
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) would be beneficial
Knowledge in areas related to master data, planning, supply chain operations would be ideal
Experience with VBA would be an asset
