With the recent announcement of a new People Service Team in Poland, we are actively recruiting for HR Payroll and Administration Team Leader who will be responsible for the supervision and efficient operation of the People Services team in country, providing a positive employee experience for both employees and people managers with a range of employment related transactional processing services that support the business and the HR function.
The role is responsible for ensuring that the service provided by the team is in line with procedure, that workflow is processed efficiently and that the team is trained and able to deliver across the sectors in Poland.
Responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of standardized HR processes in Poland, supporting all sectors.
Coordinate the administrative team, driving an ethos and culture in line with JM’s values and continuous improvement mindset.
Deliver to agreed service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators to demonstrate value to JM.
Ensure the timely and appropriate management of employee relations casework. Be the first escalation point for casework from the team.
Ensure all team members have clear objectives and development plans aligned to JM’s vision and the HR plan.
Responsible for ensuring effective delivery of Payroll and Audit processes, including simplification of the audit process with clear controls.
Work closely with the local line managers and HR to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all new starter, onboarding, movers, leavers and off-boarding administration .
Respond to reporting requests and ensure timely HR information / data collection and statistical analysis is provided. Ensure systems and data are maintained and that data is accurate and up-to-date.
Oversee the Payroll processes ensuring data integrity and that deadlines are met.
Support internal and external audits when required.
Ensure compliance with data protection, labour law and HR standards, policies and procedures. Ensure that records are kept according to data protection standards including retention.
Undertake ad hoc project work and provide project support to HR Managers in Poland.
Being Subject Matter Expert in terms of labour law, personal income tax & social insurance regulations for the supported JM plants.
Implement & coordinate GDPR compliance in the area of HR SSC.
Coordinate & monitor efficiency of cooperation with external payroll provider.

HR Professional Qualification.
Subject Matter Expert in terms of labour law, personal income tax & social insurance regulations.
Process improvement experience.
Team Lead experience in similar structure.
IT and ERP systems literate.
Experience of payroll inputs and processing.
Payroll / HR Admin process mapping & improvement of processes experience.
Good Ms Office (excel / word) skills.
Fluent verbal and written Polish and English language.
