The Enterprise SecurityServices organization in Credit Suisse exists to deliver a range of securityservices for the Bank, and works with the IT Risk organization to protect,detect and thwart any security threats, handling compliance regulation andpreventing data breaches.

Within this, the Network Security team is responsiblefor security services at the network level including encryption, access controland protection against internet threats like malware and data leakage, andpolicies and practices to ensure the availability, integrity andconfidentiality of the Bank’s data when in transit.

As part of the NetworkSecurity area, we have the Services Enablement Management (SEM) function,covering the following sub-areas :

  • Audit, Risk and Compliance Management
  • Finance, Contract and Vendor Management
  • Reports and Metrics
  • These areas are responsiblefor major governance controls of Network Security services including controlover services and products TCO, contract management and close relationship withvendors.

    As part of this function, the team is also responsible to coordinateall interaction with internal and external auditors, CISO department andrelated areas.

    The report and metric function is to ensure that our serviceshave the necessary key performance indicators and KRIs, so we can efficientlyimprove our service.

    Cooperate and collaborate with Service and Capabilityowners, architects and engineers to make joint definitions. This position isfor a VP at Audit, Risk and Compliance based in Warsaw.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement controls strategy for Network Security risk and audit points.
  • Manage all internal and external audits, interacting with auditors, key business partners, internal technical teams and senior management.
  • Create and maintain standard reports for senior management.
  • Follow-up with service owners, architects and engineers on pending actions.
  • Ensure due dates are met.
  • Lead internal audit meetings; attend ESS / CISO meetings.
  • Interact with service owners, architects, engineers to get data sources and requirements, being able to influence results towards Network Security senior management interests.
  • Maintain and handle demands reporting to senior management.

  • Professional education is based on a Master or Bachelor’s degree in computer technology. Familiarity with security standards (e.
  • g. PCI DSS, NIST, ISO27002 : 2013) would be a plus.

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT Product Management, Project and Program Management and / or IT auditor with 2-3 years in a leader position.
  • Experience of working in an enterprise IT environment. This is not about a detailed knowledge of IT infrastructure components, but knowledge of the components that have a role to be played in Network Security service.
  • Detailed understanding of how the ownership / support responsibilities are organized.
  • Analysis, compilation and presentation of service management information.
  • Good understanding of network and security products and services.
  • Experience in close relationship with senior management (DIR and above).
  • Required Skills :

  • Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with other IT teams that support components of the all Network Security services.
  • Trained to ITIL Foundation level of equivalent, with detailed knowledge of IT service management principles and processes.
  • Ambitious, hardworking individual with analytical, problem solving skills and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently, show a well-structured working style, a high level of reliability and feel comfortable in a global and highly complex environment (consider line manager will be in another region).
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with your colleagues and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytic thinking approach, being able to propose non-standard solutions to Network Security risks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility working in a highly pressured environment (financial industry).
