We are happy to announce that Kimberly-Clark Global Business Services (K-C GBS) is growing and looking for new member, who will join Order to Cash (OTC) Team as OTC Process Manager!

Do you have broaden finance experience, especially in OTC process?

Role main activities :

  • Establish DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) Strategy for EMEA region
  • Implementing DSO strategy on a daily basis to achieve monthly EMEA DSO targets,
  • Close collaboration with EMEA OTC Lead, Credit & Collections Manager, Pricing and Rebates Manager and all OTC Teams in order to drive DSO Project assumptions, as well as close collaboration with Country Sales Managers in order to align DSO strategy and drive improvements necessary to achieve objectives
  • Lead weekly / monthly / quarterly DSO meetings with stakeholders and executive management
  • Monitors and execute projects steps
  • Prepare analytics and presentations to the executive management
  • Review and analyse current procedures in order to recommend and implement changes to standardize activities that improve DSO (payment terms analysis)
  • Introduce improvement initiatives
  • Motivate the project team to strive towards DSO goals and objectives
  • Communicate DSO projects outcomes and issues to Bussiness Units and CFO’s
  • Qualifications and skills required :

  • Significant operational experience in OTC process
  • Project Management and Lean six sigma experience is an advantage
  • Advanced SAP knowledge and MS Excel skills
  • Strong presenting skills as welll as ability to influence stakolders and effecively run discussions
  • Proven track record of closely partnering and driving change and improvements, specifically related to processes and systems
  • Excellent written and spoken English
