Key responsibilities :
Leading team of 7 Accountants.
Supervise Order-To-Cash processes; ensure timely monthly, quarterly and year end close activities.
Point of contact for implementation of changes & enhancements to O2C process.
End responsible for first-line operational support, addresses emergencies and escalated issues.
Monitor the performance and quality of activities delivered by the team based on agreed KPIs
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives .within O2C team.
Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
About you :
Degree in accounting, finance or similar field.
Fluent in English is a must.
At least 5 -7 years of experience in finance and accounting including minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
Working experience in an international business environment.
Technology skills, including SAP, Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
Self-motivated, keen on sharing knowledge, effective communicator.
Ability to coach and motivate staff.
