TMF Group in Warsaw is currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Service Delivery Coordination (SDC) team, part of the Global Clients Services (GCS) Department.

Payroll / Accounting Support Team Member with fluent English

Key accountabilities :

  • Daily supporting in the assigned clients contract management : delivery tracking, invoicing process overview, change request notes supervision, KPI metrics review;
  • Acting as a point of contact for the assigned clients in their on-going queries and ad hoc projects covering multiple jurisdictions;
  • Working closely with TMF global offices to monitor payroll and accounting processes for GCS clients;
  • Cooperating with TMF global teams (onboarding, clients’ managers, shared service centre etc.) to setup and manage GCS clients as per internal procedures for global accounts;
  • Updating and maintaining assigned clients’ trackers for Managerial Information reporting.
  • Requirements :

  • University degree preferred (Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent)
  • 2 years’ experience in SSC / BPO or in-house payroll / accounting department
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, Spanish would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
