This role is to provide support to Citi Group’s Insurance client base. The team is responsible for operational oversight, adherence to policies and facilitating the delivery of best in class customer experience What would you do as Trade Support Analyst

  • Manage the manual billing of clients for example; calculation of billing, analysis of changes / anomalies
  • Hold weekly conference calls with Billing team to discuss any current billing issues / deadline updates
  • Ensure any errors are captured and addressed for feedback
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of clients for quarterly billing
  • Maintain and develop on-boarding process for new and amended clients
  • Prepare monthly & adhoc decks for management reporting
  • Daily & weekly pending items reporting to management and products teams
  • Ensure that all internal and external compliance / audit regulations controls are met.
  • Assist management team in meeting targets set, new projects
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Advanced working knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint sites a must
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to very tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
