Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE) as the subdivision of SoftServe, is a team of highly professional folks, with the primary focus on technology covering software architecture, startups, and enterprise technologies.

Our format of the job is a consultancy for different projects, not tied to specific projects, technologies, timelines. We do DevOps for everything.

We have developed a customer-trusted relationship and a strong partnership with Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. Being a part of the international community, we participate in major worldwide events (Google next, Google cloud meetups, Microsoft Build, Microsoft Ignite, etc.

The size of companies is from tech Startups to Forbes 500 Enterprises.

YOU ARE

The professional demonstrating the following experience in

Development of application-, infrastructure- and solution-scale systems

Leading / guiding small teams of engineers to drive them, decompose the complexity to tasks, mentor them and back-up if needed, communicate and convince around that or another decision

Excellence with Microsoft Azure and proven experience in working and configuring major Azure PaaS services

Scripting (PowerShell, Python or Shell)

Infrastructure as Code (principles, tools, best practices)

Design CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes

Microsoft Server OS and technologies, including SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory experience

Linux Operating System

Deploying, monitoring, and administration of SQL / NoSQL DB

Different monitoring systems

Knowledge of configuration management systems (PowerShell DSC, Ansible)

Software development (principles, tools, methodologies)

Programming on Python, Go, or .Net

Technical activities (presentations, workshops, etc.)
