Our solar department within RWE Renewables in Warsaw is looking for a Junior Project Manager developing PV projects in Poland to contribute to shape tomorrow’s green energy landscape.
Your future plans :
Support the Polish PV development team in developing PV projects from early stage through the investment decision and handover to the construction team
Participation in the origination of sites via feasibility checks and site visits
Preparation of permitting processes and the coordination of the team of involved internal and external providers (e.g. consultants for environmental studies)
Interaction with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., permitting authorities, municipalities, landowners, grid operators)
Support the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams with internal departments and external service providers
Ad-hoc support within the development team
Your profile :
Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, renewable energies, business administration or related subject area with at least initial experience in the area of PV development
High self-motivation, curiosity and interest to shape tomorrow’s Polish green energy landscape
Solid knowledge in project management
Initial experience with the polish energy market and the development processes for PV projects
Team-player with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office, GIS knowledge a plus
Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
Willingness to travel on regular basis
