What You'll Do

You will be responsible for working with Cisco sellers, Field Operations Managers as well as Global Process managers to execute company sales incentive strategy.

The services supported will cover the entire gamut of activities from set-up (account & territory set-up, comp plan & goal sheet set-up) into day to day transactional activities (sales crediting, claiming and compensation issues).

Your tasks as Sales Incentive Specialist will include :

  • Analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
  • Applying specialized knowledge to resolve crediting, claiming & compensation issues and delivering smooth integration of resolution
  • Supporting ongoing initiatives and activities within Field Services (e.g. Year End Planning execution support)
  • Conducting tool training for new reps or stakeholders alongside Field Operations Managers
  • Responsibility for account Coverage support and Go-To-Market alignment
  • Communicating difficult concepts and negotiating with others to adopt a different point of view
  • Researching and analyzing improvement opportunities, conducting analysis, recommending and facilitating efficiency enhancements

  • Strong data analysis skills, able to understand and explain details
  • Expertise in sales process and how sales incentives connect to strategic priorities and individual seller’s commissions
  • Analytical thinking able to distill large quantities of data into valuable business insights for optimization, strategy, and change
  • Ability to understand system and data flows impacting compensation Requires knowledge of best practices and business processes and their integration with the end user
  • Ability to leads others to solve complex problems, uses analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions;
  • Business acumen strong understanding of business concepts, tools and processes and an ability to apply knowledge to guide decisions
  • Your key competencies will include :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to stakeholders
