Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Development of relationship with key customers on the transportation market; key account management
  • Development and achievement of sales through promotion of 3M solutions to increase the road safety
  • Managing the existing projects and creating the pipeline of the projects for the future to ensure meeting the sales goals in the division
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new transportation clients.
  • Responsible for the focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • Generate new projects by means of using 3M solutions in order to achieve both improving the traffic safety and increasing our sales.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales.
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in managing major national accounts at head office level.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • BSc / BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

    Travel : around 80% of working time (4 days per week)
