Our client is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Workplace Intelligence Specialist with strong analytical skills, a customer focused approach and a practical ability to apply thinking to improving the workplace experience.
The role will be ideally based in Warsaw Poland, but other locations may be considered.

As the EMEA Workplace Intelligence Specialist, you will help the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team make effective decisions based on data from multiple sources, compiling it and triangulating it into a digestible and actionable format.
You will perform primary research and leverage available secondary internal data sources to generate insights and be able to explain what it all means to key stakeholders.
By combining your findings, you can develop an even deeper and holistic understanding of the current and future workplace.
The ideal candidate will use a customer backwards approach in deriving insights and proactively identifying actions we can take to improve the workplace experience.
What this job involves
Work as a business partner to the wider GREF team and in tandem with the EMEA GREF Data & Technology Team, plus key stakeholders in order to tackle workplace experience challenges and evaluate workplace performance with a data driven approach.
Identify and prioritize research activities and appropriate methodologies based on the analysis of customers’ needs, current knowledge, research goals and risks.
Lead strategic research using primary and secondary data sources to generate insights on customer needs to help further develop and improve the workplace, and ultimately, employee experience.
Manage full life cycle of large scale research programs (develop strategy and effective research brief, gather requirements, manage, execute and report on results).
Partner with the wider GREF team and relevant stakeholders to combine generated insights to understand and explain the Why .
Provide an insightful interpretation of results, pro-actively generate ideas, formulate and communicate recommendations that drive action.
Having the ability to identify and scope problems, formulate relevant questions, apply appropriate research methods and provide insights from the data is critical for the role.
The ideal candidate would also have outstanding business acumen to be able to interpret the data in context, a restlessness to answer why?
questions, excellent analytical abilities, project management expertise and superior written and verbal communication skills.
Research and monitor external trends and best practice related to data utilization in a workplace environment and introduce those into GREF practice where needed.

Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, operational research, economics or related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant employment experience, and relevant experience in a research analyst, business analyst or data analyst role.
Experience relating to real estate, facilities, architecture or workplace strategy a plus.
Experience in gathering anecdotal feedback and user experience.
End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (designing and managing primary research, and synthesizing secondary research).
Capable of investigating, familiarizing and mastering new data sets quickly.
Ability to display complex qualitative and quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Working experience in BI tools (Tableau preferred), querying databases (SQL) and / or ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Paxata, Informatica) is a must.
Professional experience and passion to further excel in broadly understood BI, including : business & client understanding, business analysis, data visualization, databases, data integration, ETL, advanced analytics, big data.
Working experience in analytical toolkit (e.g. SPSS, SAS, R, Python) would be a plus.
Experience in working and communicating directly with senior managers as well as direct customers, particularly to present and validate analytical findings.
Fluent English is a must.
International work experience will be a plus.
