The Production Trainer, reporting to Production Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring high quality training in the production area, ensuring training records are made and stored properly, planning and delivering effective training and coaching so that the company can meet its productivity targets while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards possible.
Auditing standard work and training sessions is also a key part of the role.
Key responsibilities :
Ensures that training needs for each employee are identified by Supervisors and that each department has a weekly training plan outlining the training to be scheduled for the forthcoming week ahead
Assists the Supervisors in coordinating weekly training plans within each department.
Coordinates required EHS & Quality courses that employees need to attend.
Ensures that appropriate up to date training materials including assessments are in place.
Co-ordinates training ensuring all trainings promote high EHS standards, appropriate training facilitation, schedules, resources, and supporting documentations are provided.
Assists in the delivery of Theoretical Training including Induction, as well as in the delivery of Practical Training, and delivers such training when required.
Carries out workplace assessments after training has been delivered to determine that competence levels have been achieved and that standard work is followed.
Ensures that all departments have Training Matrixes that include up to date training needs required within the plant. Regularly review of the training needs with the department managers to agree if the listed tasks on the matrix are aligned to the current needs.
Collects all training documents from each workplace and update training records including the matrices on a regular basis (e.
g. weekly), maintain training records in accordance with ISO / TS16949 / IATF and satisfy customer audit requirements.
Provides monthly reports on training delivered within the plant, monitors and communicates agreed KPIs. Through a good understanding of the processes, propose improvement actions for all production related issues.

Relevant work experience within a production environment
Experience in facilitation and co-ordination of training in production
Good organisational and planning skills
Self-motivated person with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and given time limits
Works in teams and promotes team-work
A proactive and resourceful self-starter / motivator with the ability to work without direct supervision
Strong Microsoft Office (or equivalent) skills
Fluent in verbal and written Polish and English
