The HR Service Delivery Management team is responsible for global support of Global Shared Services (GSS) HR operations, including performance reporting and analytics, project management, continuous improvement and automation of processes.
We are seeking a HR Service Delivery Analyst.
In this role you will report to the Group Leader of GSS HR Service Delivery Management based in Gdynia. Ideally, you are a caring and respectful team player with an eye for innovation , digital solutions, willingness to make an impact and you have a desire for continuous development of the Service Delivery Model for a global support organisation .
In your role you will :
Track and report on the performance of GSS HR operations worldwide, ensuring compliance and quality of service using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Create reports in Power BI based on requirements analysis with customers and users of these reports; these include dashboards, trends and KPI reports
Continuously improve and optimize reporting routines to ensure efficiency (incl. development of new reports and Key Performance Indicators)
Generate ideas on how to improve information provision towards our customers
Also you will act as a backup for your colleagues on :
Support with releasing new features and upgrades of our internal Service Management Tool - My GSS (BMC Helix Business Workflows & BMC Helix Digital Workplace) such as : assessment of business needs, training, UAT testing, communication and similar
Support the delivery / implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes (, automation with Power automate, creation of digital forms)
To maximize your chances, you need :
Experience with maintaining and building reports in Power BI (or a similar BI tool)
Analytical mindset and attention to details (desire to get things first time right)
Experience in dealing with HR datasets including personnel data, recruitment data and other types of HR data (nice to have)
Extensive Extract Transform Load experience for large data sets
Very good English skills, both written and verbal as you will operate truly global
Advanced Power BI and MS Excel skills
Experience in SSC / BPO industry (nice to have)
Experience in business process improvement or Project Management (nice to have)
Be able to work independently, as well as being an active team player (building communities, brainstorming, idea creation, facilitation)
Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong service attitude
Be pro-active with can-do attitude, positive energy and resilience
Energized by collaboration at all levels / streams (high-level managers, HR, IT, Finance etc.) and open to work with colleagues from various cultures
