We are looking for an eProcurement Specialist to join our eBusiness Team to support the BD Biosciences organization in their eCommerce journey.

As a part of the strategic eCommerce expansion BD Biosciences is bringing the scientific customer experience into the new level by launching a breakthrough customer portal.

The eProcurement Specialist will work efficiently to reach department objectives by following the appropriate processes / systems for day-to-day tasks and escalations.

Within the scope of the responsibilities will be to establish new and manage existing eProcurement / Punchout connections that improve our customer’s buying experience.

This role will work in coordination with the EU Customer Care Organization as well as directly with customers as the primary point of contact for all onboarding and post-go-live monitoring to ensure minimal downtime, optimal adoption and success.

This role will also work closely with the Price& Tender teams to ensure proper price files are generated to support the onboarding and adoption process

of eProcurement solutions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for metrics and reports creation, data analysis and upgrading dashboards.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in all relevant eProcurement technologies available within BD including but not limited to punchout, cXML orders and invoicing, etc.
  • Manage, prioritize workload and monitor proactively new customers onboarding
  • Leading and acting as a POC for the execution of the process to onboard new eProcurement connections
  • Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders across a matrix organization to ensure ongoing customer success
  • KPIs monitoring : Development and maintenance reporting dashboards
  • We expect that you have :

  • Previous experience within multinational / cross functional l organization min 3 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience onboarding eProcurement solutions
  • Initiative and have strong interpersonal skills
  • You are a team player and, at the same time, capable of working independently on projects with a minimum of supervision
  • You have good analytical skills and like to work in a process-oriented way
  • You are diligent, action-oriented and result-driven
