Main tasks :

  • Maximize customer revenues by growing country business in terms of turnover and GP.
  • Acquire and develop new and existing Key Accounts to maximize business retention and growth.
  • Ensure the performance and activities of the Key Account and Field Sales Team and provide comprehensive sales support in terms of tender management and Customer relationship management.
  • Securing of sales targets and activities in cooperation with Cluster and its teams, pursuing an integrated approach across all transport modes.
  • Take care of compliance with new and existing customer agreements and processing of relevant information.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan corresponding with Company strategy.
  • Align with, implement and communicate strategic plan and sales targets set by Regional Sales
  • Identification of new business potential.
  • Manage the marketing and sales budget.
  • Continually review of strategy and qualify Key Account team and SME field sales team.
  • Requirements :

  • Relevant experience in Sales more then 5 years, preferable in logistics area.
  • Good knowledge of logistics and transportation area.
  • University degree.
  • Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian is a must.
  • Driven license.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Team working behavior.
