We are looking for a Warsaw based Product Owner (m / f / d) to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.
Work on analyzing, understanding, challenging and documenting requirements towards CRM together with business and steering teams from sales & marketing, as well as management ensuring continued development of CRM to serve HRS Group’s strategic vision.
Translate requirements into technical- and analytical designs and ensure implementation and testing of the proposed solutions by active participation, steering of internal and external developers.
Establish a prioritized roadmap for the CRM program based on agile working principles to ensure quick time-to-market, as well as flexible steering of resources and initiatives
Analyze, modify and maintain existing CRM applications.
Provide technical support to functional users solving system-, configuration- and programming issues
Coordinate communications with vendors when appropriate for problem resolution or further development
Establish technical, operational and user related documentation in support of applications
Develop and conduct end user training for different target groups and levels of experience
Establish and foster constant exchange with partners in the ecosystem, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce and other providers and consultants to stay abreast of your area of responsibility
A degree in business computer science, business administration, mathematics or a comparable qualification.
Multiple years of proven hands-on experience in CRM within a fast paced and dynamic market environment.
Superior technical expertise of the solutions available in market to support customer management and manage customer data in a compliant and reliable manner, communications evaluation, and relationship skills.
Very good project campaign management capabilities, and commercial awareness.
Ideally, experience with Marketing Automation, or integrated Sales & Marketing setups.
Fluent in English and German (nice to have)
