The Project ManagementOfficer role is an instrumental role who is working closely withProgram / Project Managers, Program Provider and a Change department.
PMOprovides support towards project budgeting, resource management, project statusreporting and escalations when needed.
You can expect to haveinteractions with people across both business and technical teams at varyinglevels of seniority and across many different locations so you should possessstrong coordination and presentation skills.
You will utilize stronginterpersonal and communication skills and must be capable of providing clear,unambiguous communication and interact positively with your business partners.
Responsibilities Include :
Working closely with the PM in preparing status reports, meeting protocols and assisting with any ad-hoc requests.
Supporting the PM with the development of detailed project plans and monitoring progress.
Managing risks, issues and dependencies (related to RAID).
Assisting with project financials, including budget management, team allocation and financial management within MS Excel and OnePPM (Clarity).
Supporting the PM and the team with collecting audit artefacts.
Supporting the PM and the team with managing and tracking JIRA tasks.
General administrative duties where required, including responsibility of project meetings.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
2+ years working in a PMO and / or software development capacity.
Previous experience working in an international environment and collaborating with virtual teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including the usage of formulas such as VLOOKUP.
Able to communicate in a timely manner with clear and consistent messages.
Ability to prioritize and take ownership of tasks, with strong time management skills
Results-oriented individual with proactive and positive approach to duties and willingness to support.
Additional Assets :
Excellent knowledge of JIRA, including structures, reports etc.
Interest in Agile practices and development into a facilitating role similar to a Scrum Master .
Knowledge of German and / or Italian is welcome but not required.
