What do you need to start?
Professional experience in tech company, preferably in people management role.
Very good verbal and written English language.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including mentoring, coaching and conflict handling.
Experience and passion for hiring, developing and guiding people.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment in a fast-growing company.
General understanding of software engineering industry will be an asset.
What duties will help you grow?
Build, mentor, motivate and grow a team of engineers working in international project teams also drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment.
Support hiring, onboarding and development of team members to meet challenging business goals.
Drive the collection and delivery of feedback on team’s performance and support process of conducting timely and thorough performance evaluations also take line managers responsibilities including personnel administration, absence management, approving time sheets etc.
Maintain an on-going overview of resource allocations and technology skill sets, and proactively ensure that the team is prepared with needed competences.
Coordinate and communicate effectively across international engineering and management teams to meet business goals and manage performance of team members as well as ensuring the full understanding of the existing company policies among employees.
