We are looking for an HR-Doc Super Administrator who will be responsible for development, maintenance and support of a regional digital Document Management System (HR-Doc) for Europe.
You will be collaborating with the project managers, internal customers, Schneider Digital (SED) function and the vendor to drive our mission for a state of art HR document management platform.
What you will do :
Liaise with the Project Manager to obtain information on limitations, capabilities and timelines.
Work with the Business Analyst to understand the customer requirements.
Modify SpringCM and DocuSign platform within the scope of Super Admin to fix errors and improve HR-Doc performance.
Lead system testing and validation procedures.
Execute HR-Doc development as per the project plan and create / maintain documentation.
Consult with the countries on proposals.
Work with countries, SED and Vendor (when required) on technical issues.
Consult with SED and / or Vendor where appropriate to evaluate, manage and develop interfaces.
Prepare reports on development and / or run mode status.
Determine operational practicality of the proposed solutions.
Develop quality assurance procedures.
Work closely with other Super Admins, share knowledge and provide support.
If you have
Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
Proven experience of work as a Super Admin / Super User for a complex tool or Advanced MS Excel skills or similar
The desire to work in fast-paced environment
The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
