This Senior Financial position is chartered the following objectives :
Leads the financial development and commercial architecture of
Outsourcing / Multi-Sourcing / complex solutions program financial deal
model(s), financial terms & conditions for related contracts / service
agreements, and pricing strategies
Engage with the Executive Committee, General Counsel, and Client teams
to qualify the deal(s), help gain approval and appropriately define the
negotiation mandate’ of the engagement; contract negotiations
pricing / cost baselines, et al), SLA / OLA, and transferred cost.
Tactically, he / she will be responsible for financial deal construction,
negotiation, and risk assessment. The Financial position is responsible for
driving the development and delivery of :
Enforcement of Commercial Policies / Procedures regionally and
Deal transaction management; Financial influence for MSA,
Statements of Work
Viable / profitable Financial and Operational Deal Models
Sound Contract Vehicles related to Complex and Managed Services

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Attain and maintain knowledge of all client engagement solution / service components and translate into viable deal model(s) and an internal business case
Liaison with Regional Commercial Heads to ensure approvals obtained on commercial construct, risk assessment, and contractual concerns within the client opportunity scope.
Drive complex opportunities from inception to contract negotiations and deal closure / Services Commencement Date; significantly contribute to the development of the long-term Delivery Model and transition phases
Work with Service Architects to deliver Bill of Materials, Professional Services quotes, Professional Services statement of work (SOW), and Managed Services quotes against client and solution requirements
Engages the client to gain a detailed understanding of business issues and objectives driving the client’s project; also proposes alternative transactional models to the client noting the pros and cons of each.
Identifies the need for, and engages the appropriate vendor or partner personnel with the proper skill set to assist the solution and technology definition as required by the client’s opportunity
Develop an understanding of NTT market positioning, vision and solution value propositions
Facilitate Knowledge Management and capture intellectual capital / property
Thought Leadership in Complex Solutions, Outsourcing, and relevant Buy-Side strategies
Education / Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree required with MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred
Work Experience Required
5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Experience / exposure to complex and outsourced IT service platforms

What will make you a good fit for the role?
Pay Range : $90, - $,K plus bonus
NTT intends to offer a base pay within this range dependent upon factors such as experience and job-related requirements.
