We are looking to recruit a strategic leader who will oversee management of the ESS operations in Poland. In this role, you will lead and nurture the office culture, inspire the team to excel, and collaborate with the Global Head of ESS and global stakeholders to ensure a successful partnership.
This individual will be an integral part of the ESS Leadership team contributing to overall ESS strategy and direction.
We aim to gradually grow the Poland operation, which today consists of approximately 500 colleagues in Wroclaw. Overall, the global ESS team consists of more than 2,000.
You will play a key role in aligning the Poland operation with the broader ESS operation in India and collaborating on the overall direction of the global ESS function.
What will your essential responsibilities include?
As Country Head you will be responsible for bringing the Wroclaw office to the next level in terms of service delivered.
Specific focus areas include :
sharing and integrating best practices.
Acting as the primary escalation point for all shared services issues.
Promoting an environment focused on continuous improvement in relation to process efficiencies and customer service.
Acting as the day-to-day liaison with key customers.
You will report to AXA XL’s Global Head of Enterprise Shared Services.
