The Senior Coordinator, Global Talent Acquisition will collaborate with our Global Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to creatively source talent for our current and anticipated open positions.
Talent needs will cover a wide array of functions and geographies. The successful candidate will be able to effectively balance multiple search requests through combination of solid project management, high-quality search execution, and strong partnership with the team and stakeholders.
Makes recommendation to recruiter on next steps and ensures a best-in-class candidate experience.
What we look for
3 years sourcing or recruiting experience at a search firm or in house recruitment team
For internal candidates, 3 years’ experience in a talent related function may be considered equivalent
Extensive experience with sourcing skills and techniques (e.g. crafting Boolean search strings, recruiting across multiple platforms, talent mapping) preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Impressive ability to engage and activate candidates
Creative mindset, natural curiosity and ability to think outside the box
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service focus and sense of urgency
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage competing demands
Impeccable time management skills
