Currently, we’re looking for a Delivery Strategist who will create and execute innovative and effective customer experience strategies.
What do you need to get this job?
5+ years of experience in creating and managing digital product development strategies for international clients.
High proficiency in building strategies for clients (for both their product development and the entire cooperation).
Well-established and broad digital industry knowledge (which allows you to be a business solutions' consultant).
Practical experience in creating and presenting the entire business path for internal clients.
Great understanding of the client’s business, assist them in making key decisions and take proactive actions to help them succeed.
Going beyond the usual patterns and current development services portfolio, readiness to design and test the brand new, creative services for clients.
Knowledge and experience in building remote teams, strengthening their performance and business competences.
Agile approach, ability to adjust product development services to clients’ needs and the company strategy.
Swiftness in agile management techniques (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Scrum, Lean Startup) and digital product development processes.
Openness and readiness to educate and guide clients in Agile transformation.
Willingness to find areas for improvement and courage to propose non-obvious solutions.
Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous improvement of your own (and your team) performance.
Fluency in English and Polish (C1 / C2 level).
Nice to haves :

Product Development (not software development) - we deliver complex and holistic business services, not just a part of the software.

Full Cycle Product Development - we understand that every stage of product development (prototype, MVP, product market fit or scaling) requires a specific approach.
That’s why we’ve built dedicated teams for each of them.
Agile, scrum & lean startup are not just buzzwords - no project managers, a scrum master in every team and iterative product delivery are standard at Boldare.
Self-organization - there are no managers in Boldare, so the teams organize their work by themselves. The scrum teams are engaged in building the product roadmap, sprint planning, etc.

We work in a holacratic system, which means there are no managers in our teams and they organize our work by ourselves.

Flexible working hours and possibility of fully remote working - you can work wherever you like, but we meet each F2F at least once per a quarter.
You can also work in one of our offices in Cracow, Warsaw, Gliwice and Wroclaw or spots in Hamburg or Amsterdam.
