About the role
Physitrack, founded in 2012, is a digital healthcare company and the provider of a solution for patient engagement that encompasses clinical home exercise and education prescription, outcomes tracking and Telehealth for physical rehabilitation and prevention.
Physitrack was born out of a desire to create a more effective way to prescribe exercise programs, as well as improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary wastage in healthcare systems around the world.
Physitrack is used by 100,000+ healthcare professionals in 102 countries, including physical therapists, MDs, surgical specialists, exercise physiologists and chiropractors in public and private healthcare.

We are looking for passionate DevOps engineer willing to take ownership of the infrastructure and tools for their teams. The main responsibilities of this role are to help a team deliver high-quality software and take care of underlying AWS infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing
Taking care of Ruby on Rails application hosted on AWS Cloud
Designing and implementing AWS Cloud Services architecture
Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices and artifacts that will help our engineering teams deliver software.
Helping engineering team in CI / CD setup
Staying a step ahead ensuring top-class security, reliability, availability, and maintainability standards
Working closely with the development team and an architect
Mentoring fellow developers on how to develop high-quality code, innovate using the latest cloud technologies, AWS services and development best practices, contribute to enhancing and improving AWS services.
What you bring to the role
Solid skills in designing, implementing and maintaining AWS solutions,
Broad knowledge of AWS services - ability to identify and match the best solution
At least a middle sysadmin level (experience with most commonly used Linux-based services)
All-around understanding of how IP networks operate
Good understanding of agile development and continuous integration principles and platforms
Track record of leveraging infrastructure-as-code for managing and provisioning resources
Experience in building CI / CD pipelines to automate deployments
A high degree of ownership and eagerness to constantly deliver things smarter
Good understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management
Being a strong communicator (in English) who is comfortable working cross-functionally, with a track record of delivering results and demonstrating strong ownership.
