Managing the team of Relationship Managers dedicated for International Desks;
Grow MNC clients’ portfolio, especially the dedicated desks;
Increase wallet share in existing clients, cross sell;
Co-operation with business lines (local, HO, competence centers, etc.)locally and with BNPP group;
Encourage information sharing, teamwork and project-based work;
Establish / update relevant action plans related to business development, assure follow up and revision on a regular basis;
Obey and popularize BNPP One Bank concept and rules;
Entry point for BNPP corporate world;
Participate in strategy and goals realization of Corporate Network (qualitative and quantitative) with respect to international clients;
Identification and addressing of all types of risks, proposing solutions in order to make sure the portfolio is well balanced and of good quality.
Qualifications required :
at least 10 years in the banking sector;
minimum 5 years’ experience in managing people;
track record of working in multinational environment, exposure to different business cultures;
very solid, practical knowledge of the market, competition (local and global view);
experience in sales and business negotiations;
experience in closing deals, also involving other banks;
experience in setting up international co-operation / product solutions;
fluent English compulsory, French would be an advantage.
