Your role

Are you a multitasker? Are you solid as a rock when you are dealing with financials and structures for a large number

of projects? We are looking for someone like this to :

  • Support the initiative aimed at building up a data inventory centralizing all planning and forecasting information
  • into one single data-mart with reporting functionality

  • Support the Group Risk Control Resource Planning process globally for all Risk Change Programs
  • Further develop the End User Application GRC Resource Planner , an MS Access based tool
  • Facilitate the monthly forecasting process in co-ordination with all Program Managers
  • Run validations to assess if the data contained in the submission templates are accurate and participate in
  • monthly alignment meetings with Risk Business Functions, Change Leads and Program Managers

  • Support the Resource Planning process and be the driver for the continuous improvement of the MS Access
  • tool and MS SharePoint

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Deliver financial analysis and forecasting on a monthly basis across change portfolio
  • Assist with consulting approval process and monthly accruals process
  • Support the yearly financial planning process
  • Your team

    You will be working in the Group Risk Control Change Portfolio Management Team. We are responsible for

    monitoring the global Change the Bank Portfolio in order to create transparency and a greater understanding of the

    execution progress, dependencies, risks and trends. The Team is located in Zürich, London and Krakow.

    Your experience and skills

    You have

  • Master or Bachelor degree (Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering)
  • Experience in project management or PMO of a larger program and in financial planning
  • Knowledge of Financial Industry, preferably in Risk Control / Financial Management
  • Very good written and spoken English, strong analytical and creative skills
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work with exposure to global senior stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, networking and influencing skills
  • Proficient and experienced in sourcing and handling Structured Date and SQL Databases
  • Programming and development skills in MS Access expertise is a must
  • Experienced in MS Excel, MS Power Point, SharePoint administration
  • You are

  • First-class analytical, have design and problem solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, are collaborative and resilient
  • Passionate about delivering good quality results
  • Fluent in English, German an additional asset
