About the job
Working closely with Marketing and Sales teams, as well as Regional Partners you will help to deliver marketing campaigns to launch new products and retain bestsellers including ELT (English Language Teaching) courseware and assessment for private language schools and tertiary institutions.
The marketing campaigns cover a wide range of digital channels as well as offline activity so experience across both would be advantageous.
Being versatile and results focused, you will be just as happy compiling reports or controlling budget expenditure as you will be briefing creative campaigns into our external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities : Planning and strategy
Planning and strategy
Help develop marketing assets to launch or retain ELT (English Language Teaching) courseware and assessment for private language schools and tertiary institutions across both on and offline channels working with internal teams, external partnership stakeholders and agencies
Identify relevant channels to get a good return on investment, maximise results and generate sales leads
Help with the production of assets to take opportunities through launches and relaunches
Conduct research on competitor activities and inform research on target audience. Analyse customer data to identify insights.
Delivery and optimisation
Proofreading creative copy and design
Ensure all marketing assets are designed according to brand guidelines and are signed off internally and with the partnership stakeholders before use
Ensure website content is up to date and aligned with marketing campaigns
Work with both internal and external parties to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to the right standard and adapted to reported customers’ needs
Monitor SM channels to generate sales leads, answer queries, look for trends and new customers’ needs.
Performance management and reporting
Monitoring campaign performance (including budget expenditure) and suggesting ways to improve or optimise campaigns
Report on campaign performance internally and to the partnership stakeholders on a regular basis.
Collaboration with the team
Work with members of the marketing, sales and partners’ teams to generate new campaign ideas that support the marketing objectives
Share learning and best practice with members of the team.
Supporting the team
Support Sales teams with product information to answer customer queries
Attend any internal and external meetings where necessary.
What we are looking for in you
Proven experience in working on marketing campaigns across different channels or working at educational publisher
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (graduates of English Philologies, Linguistics, Teacher Training Colleges are welcome)
Proficiency in MS Office, with a special emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Excellent communication and copywriting skills, both in Polish and English (knowledge of Russian would be an asset)
Ability to write creative copy is desirable
Experience or keen interest in analysing data and extracting actionable insights
Hands on approach - able to shift between tasks whenever the situation calls for it
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to collaborate with others communicate output in a clear and concise way
Great attention to detail
Innovative - always seeking new ways to improve campaign performance and return on investment
Proactive, solutions oriented and result driven
Highly organised and calm under pressure.
