What tasks are waiting for you?
Extensive expertise in CRM, marketing intelligence, digital analytics and (online) advertising
Build, support and develop clients through data-driven marketing and data-driven customer engagement
Data-driven 1-to-1 communication along the customer journey
Analysis and creation of target groups based on CRM data
Visualization and interpretation of data as well as automation of processes, interfaces and data flows
Customer journey analyses, customer segmentations and advertising impact analyses
Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team consisting of specialists in digital analytics, data architecture, data science, e-commerce, project management and media strategy
Direct project responsibility and the opportunity to implement your own ideas
What do we expect?
Completed studies with content in statistics, computer science, empirical research and / or (digital) marketing or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the field of analysis or data science, preferably also in the digital (performance) environment or CRM
High affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret them and derive recommendations from them
Good knowledge in handling data queries (SQL, NoSQL, API) and tools required for this, as well as confident handling of different data types
Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Initial Experience with visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of a common statistical programming language (e.g. R or Python) rounds out your profile
Initial experience with a digital analytics platform (e.g. Google Analytics) or a CRM system is an advantage
High solution orientation and independence as well as a good understanding of project and process management
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
