develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances authorization structure
maintains quality and consistency of HR information system
troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical and functional problems and deficiencies
runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed
identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes
assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems, operational changes, adjustments of working methods / processes
develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS
provides HRIS functional support to Human Resources and other staff
assists / trains colleagues in using HR systems / applications - sharing knowledge of HR systems / explains working methods
serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance areas with regard to operations and the HRIS

information system structure, operations and administration
reporting tools, report development and design
HR, Benefit and Payroll laws, regulations, procedures, and operations
design, installation and maintenance of various HRIS systems
Microsoft Office applications - advanced knowledge of Excel
deep understanding of Workday system
knowledge of Human Capital Management tools
fluency in English (min. B2 level will be preferred) - the other European language will be an asset
