  • develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances authorization structure
  • maintains quality and consistency of HR information system
  • troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical and functional problems and deficiencies
  • runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed
  • identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes
  • assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems, operational changes, adjustments of working methods / processes
  • develops training curriculum and conducts formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS
  • provides HRIS functional support to Human Resources and other staff
  • assists / trains colleagues in using HR systems / applications - sharing knowledge of HR systems / explains working methods
  • serves as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Recruitment, Payroll and Finance areas with regard to operations and the HRIS
  • what we expect

  • various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll and Finance areas
  • information system structure, operations and administration
  • reporting tools, report development and design
  • HR, Benefit and Payroll laws, regulations, procedures, and operations
  • design, installation and maintenance of various HRIS systems
  • Microsoft Office applications - advanced knowledge of Excel
  • deep understanding of Workday system
  • knowledge of Human Capital Management tools
  • fluency in English (min. B2 level will be preferred) - the other European language will be an asset
  • problem-solving and ,,can do'' attitude
  • taking ownership and goal orientation
  • ability to understand stakeholders / business partners needs
  • enhancing of cross organisation cooperation
