Position Description

  • Responsible for managing and building indirect QIAGEN sales channels network in a defined territory over South Eastern Europe (SEE).
  • Driving Sales revenues, strategic and business plans in the region.
  • Managing sales funnel, accurately forecasting business, providing sales territory information, market trends and other business data.
  • Closely work and support QIAGEN Commercial Partners, customers and business partners.
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Position Requirements

  • Master's level degree in Molecular biology or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales / business experience. Ideally international in Eastern and Central Europe.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of German and a 3rd language from Eastern Europe would be a plus.
  • Microsoft office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Personal Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong adaptation skills and decision-making ability.

  • Strong relationship building capacities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, remote team and able to handle demanding situations and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
