You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies.
What You'll Do
Manage on a day to basis, Partner engagement, interaction and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking and marketing) for small and medium-sized businesses
Effectively manage existing partner whilst identifying and onboarding New Partners to continue regional growth
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify and qualify lead opportunities
Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region
Design and implement a strategic sales plan and customer target list
Conduct product demonstrations to Technical decision-makers
Work with account team to quote tailored services to customers within a defined territory
Manage the full cycle of the sales process, including closing accounts
Manage and maintain reseller and sales opportunities
Work with account team to quote, price and negotiate with customers
Proactively pursue business solutions in the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution to customers
Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
Maintaining and updating territory and account data information (Salesforce)
Keeping abreast of industry and vertical trends
Some travel, local and international may be required in a supporting role for customers / corporate events
Experience You'll Bring
2 + years of Inside Sales experience actively prospecting and building a channel strategy
Proven track records building long term relationships with the channel in the technology space
Closing multi-decision maker deals
Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions or general software development is ideal for this position
Experience in complete software product sales life cycle engagement
Superb presentation skills including online demos
Proven track record of exceeding targets
Solution-motivated, successful and results-oriented
Excellent Polish verbal and written communication skills + Strong English Language verbal & written
Strong MS Office skills required
Zealous and Motivated with a can-do’ attitude
