Location : Chorzów The Integrated Supply Chain Organization has an important role to play as they serve as the primary support to customer facing functions.
It is responsible for operational activities as part of the Order-To-Cash process : i.e. ensuring stock availability as per open orders, defining and executing stock strategy, providing status updates, managing physical claims with a strong alignment with all relevant internal functions as part of the end-to-end customer experience. Responsibilities
Works closely with team to ensure the appropriate level of inventory in Distribution Center
Supports IOS process through actions related to vendors or reconfiguration activities
Owns the regional PEFP process and ABC categorization to design the right level of Stock in the region blended with Customers expectations for own portfolio of items
Owner of OTTR / OTTP KPI for the region (On Time To Request / Promise). Drive actions to improve whenever metric is below AOP
Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication / escalate issues to Regional planning manager
Dealing with invoices resolutions and customer complaints & Sales return request
Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcome with sales support and order management and integrated Supply chain
Arrange expedited shipments of parts to support exceptional demand / pull in activities
Analyze On time to request and on time to promise and drive improvements
Communicates proactively with the order management, sales or demand & forecasting, providing relevant information to potential delays, relevant status updates on open orders
Performs regular open purchase orders management activities to address requirements vs past due, blocked, incomplete orders and invoices, including system updates to reflect all order changes
Highlights process deviations or exceptions, ensures best practice sharing and initiates process improvement opportunities where required
Monitors Shipping Error Logs for region and drives improvement actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with Commercial / technical education
Business fluent in written and spoken English, other European languages represent a plus
2 years’ experience in logistics / supply chain management OR 1 year experience in a similar role
Good understand of supply processes
Basic knowledge of planning parameters (Safety stocks, LT, MOQ) and supply tools (PEFP, ABC)
Strong knowledge of SAP (MM / SD modules)
High level of customer orientation
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (phone, mail, email)
Ability to build relationships and networks in a virtual team and highly matrix environment
Effective people management experience, ability to manage a team with different levels of expertise both locally and abroad
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions.
Strong team leadership with the ability to take ownership and follow-through
Flexible individual with a high level of intercultural sensitivity, able to adapt to a quickly changing environment and drive continuous improvement
Demonstrated solution-oriented, pro-active can do attitude, Willingness and ability to work under own initiative
Ability to manage conflicting targets and priorities
Self-motivated with assertive communication skills, positive and result oriented attitude
