Human Resources Coordinator Summary of Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Assist with the daily administration of the Talent & Culture Office, focusing on maximizing the capabilities of the team by reviewing the coordination of initiatives and activities and ensuring compliance with all core Standards
Ensure all Raffles Hotels & Resorts processes and policies are followed and adhered to, including recognition, training, selection, communication, health & safety, benefits, and administration
Ensure that the Talent & Culture Department delivers a high standard of service for both our internal and external clients
Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in implementing hotel strategy, including coaching, counseling, hiring and retaining the best colleagues
Be a role model within the hotel and exhibit and practice professional skills that are fully aligned and in support of the Raffles culture
Act as an internal consultant to provide expert coaching and direction on Talent & Culture policy, programs, employee relations, legislation, employment standards, human rights and compensation
Assist the department complies with all corporate, regional and hotel policies and procedures; and Polish Immigration legislation and policies, Polish labour legislation and policies, Polish Health & Safety legislation and policies and any other related legislation or policies
Assist with building and maintaining positive relations with our Colleagues
Assist with recruiting as required
Assist with the management of the Talent & Culture Information System ensuring data integrity and proper documentation
Issue contracts, letters to all Colleagues
Assist Colleagues will all HR related queries and questions
Maintaining and updating HR Connect system
Responsible for visa and work permit process
Cooperation with outsourcing payroll and personnel administration company
Responsible for cooperation with local hotels schools
Assist Training Manager in training deliveries if needed
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by professional maturity, strong leadership skills and business acumen
Previous human resources experience required
University / College degree in a related discipline preferred
Expertise in Polish labour law and market practises
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
Extensive experience in colleague relations and performance management
Successful track record in professionally addressing & resolving difficult and challenging issues at all levels
Highly responsible & reliable
Self-confident, creative and proactive, able to prioritize and make effective decisions Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
