A Day in the Life

Keyresponsibilities of the role :

  • Managingthe due diligence process for new and existing distributors while coordinatingwith various businesses and functions such as Legal, Finance, Compliance andRegulatory.
  • Screeningand evaluating the distributors principals and obtaining legal and compliance assurance.
  • Overseethe preparation and revision of Contracts for distributors in the CEE region.
  • Liaiseclosely with DCM and external distributors to ensure completion of contracts intimely and proficient manner.
  • Obtainingapprovals from internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaininga detailed tracking status of Contracts and providing weekly updates to DCMTeam.
  • Maintainan audit file for each contract which will include original contracts, allcorrespondence, amendments, clarification and payment schedules.
  • Prepareand disseminate information to appropriate internal stakeholders including DCMteam, senior business leaders, compliance and legal functions.
  • Providecontract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with companypolicy.
  • Prepareand submit requests for translation when needed.
  • Uploadingcontracts and all distributor documentation to internal systems in accordancewith company policy.
  • Maintainingthe related online system such as Securimate’ and watching over systemintegrity, usage and adequate update.
  • Managingand following up the distributor’s contracts (renewals, amendments,terminations) and other types of agreements (one-
  • time sales, extensions etc.).

  • Supportingvarious functions and business units in the required legalization process,tender documentation and other required documentation.
  • Must haves and Nice to Haves : Must haves :

  • A degree in Business, Legal or Paralegal
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant workenvironment
  • Native Polish, fluent English both spoken andwritten
  • Administration work experience
  • Proficiency with PC : e.g. Excel, Word, required; PowerPoint, Access highly desirable
  • Excellent organization skills
  • High attention to details, analytica
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong contract management background
  • Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience from Medical Devices industry
