Your tasks

  • Work as a liaison between internal users and tool owners
  • Responsible for 1st / 2nd level support for internal users, trouble ticket administration and dispatching, implementation of improvements
  • Roll-outs of tools in entities
  • Defining new requirements and preparations of new releases (interface monitoring, new version testing, process adaptation, data base clean up)
  • Delivering user management and authorization concepts
  • Maintaining user documentation
  • Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in IT (Economics would be a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in support (IT related environment) or tool administration
  • Basic experience and willingness to further develop skills with different tools
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)
  • Knowledge of basic skills for formulas and software related high-level programming (no specific programming language required)
  • Experience in projects, data consolidation, training preparation and execution would be a plus
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Polish is a must
  • Willingness to travel approx. 10% per year (after COVID-19 time)
