The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) COO department is responsible for facilitating the strategic direction and ongoing development of the Risk function and watching the function's overall structure and communication.

Included within this remit are operational risk and control. Also included is compliance with prevailing regulations. Of these, the BCBS 239 principles in respect of risk data aggregation and reporting ( RDAR ) is a significant regulatory commitment.

The role is within the CRO COO operational risk and controls team, with a core focus on RDAR compliance. It is an unusual chance for you to become a part of our diverse environment and a rare opportunity for a self-

starter with audit experience.

Key areas to include :

  • RDAR governance, control and compliance.
  • RDAR independent validation.
  • RDAR related internal and external communications.
  • Issue monitoring and reporting.
  • By joining our team :

  • You will develop effective test plans for engagements as assigned.
  • You will assists in creating and maintaining framework documents and associated operational standards.
  • You will handle and optimizes the use of SharePoint sites for content management.

  • You will provide ongoing communications with business partners.
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

    Key requirements for the role :

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in working with data, ideally in audit function.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have a deep understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • You possess solid knowledge of audit methodologies and processes.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
