You will be the expert in delivering competitive bids / estimates / quotations to customers. Moreover you will be the dispatcher of all public tender requests.
Your attention to detail and ability to negotiate with multiple partners will be vital to this key component of project planning.
Formulating bids that fully address customer needs and offering the most efficient and cost-effective solutions, in line with ABB policy.
Ensuring the timely and accurate formulation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Managing all aspects of the bid including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews, in line with ABB standards.
Providing daily technical support for global sales team including equipment data sheets, drawings, BOMs generations, technical solution.
Make effective customer presentations, ensure proposal pricing is accurate and technically correct. This may include walk-throughs of customer sites, and field visits.
Coordinating with Supply Chain to identify potential suppliers for equipment and materials, through regular analysis of customer needs and market trends.
Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the Sales process.
Analyzing and reporting on tender outcomes and identifying areas for improvement to increase success.
An Electrical or Electrical & Electronics bachelor's degree.
Minimum two years of experience in Estimations and Tendering, preferably in the electrical engineering industry.
Knowledge of DC Traction Power Supply systems is as welcome.
Good command of the Polish and English language, spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is welcome.
Commercial and result-oriented attitude and you have good communication skills.
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
