Back Office Administrator with German
Area : Customer Service
For one of our clients, we are looking for a Back Office Administrator with German language.
Responsibilities :
Preparation of the necessary documentation needed for clients
Maintain data correctness in the system
Contact with other departments
Communication with clients if any additional information needed
Preparing reports
Solving emerging issues
Requirements :
Willingness to work with documentation and clients
Experience in customer service will be an asset
Very good knowledge of English (B2)
Very good knowledge of German (B2 / C1)
Accuracy and meticulousness in fulfilling assigned tasks
Well developer communication skills
Good computer skills (Ms Office)
