BI Analyst to support Global Procurement

Our Global Procurement department is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who is specialized in Procurement analytics.

Our new colleague will join an international team of highly skilled colleagues in Global Procurement.

You will be the BI architect behind the scenes, collecting, analyzing, and presenting global procurement data to form substantial insight for effective business decisions.

Furthermore, you develop, implement, and maintain the current business intelligence applications.

You will refer to Director, Global Strategic Procurement in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Sr Manager Purchasing and Logistics in Stargard, Poland.

Furthermore, your primary areas of responsibility will be

Supporting Supply chain risk management by securing visibility to relevant End of Life (EOL) notifications and other risks that can disrupt supply. Moreover you

  • secure utilization of procurement intelligence tools, e.g., SiliconExpert, ProcurementIQ, Propurchaser
  • build global procurement Share Point / Teams sites to secure transparency and availability of global guidelines and procedures within Radiometer as well as the preferred supply base, to be applied to the organization
  • develop and improve reporting process, timing, and flow
  • create the spend, market, and supplier analytics to deliver the vital baseline for the Category Managers
  • build, maintain, and develop supplier performance data for monitoring and to support identifying areas of improvement
  • You bring strong qualifications to contribute to our journey .

    To be successful in this role, you have a deep interest and knowledge about BI solutions within procurement. You know how to collaborate with a team and to work both strategically and operationally with BI.

    We expect you to hold a master's degree within a relevant field.

    Alongside, you have

  • minimum three years of demonstrated ability working with data (collecting, analyzing, crafting, and presenting) within logistics, supply chain, production, or finance area
  • a proven record of defining and implementing successful BI applications and tools (e.g., QlikView, Power BI, etc.)
  • Validated experience working with ERP systems and robust IT systems knowledge, including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex data insights successfully verbally and in writing in a structured and simple format and prepare and present a broader and strategic overview
  • A balanced approach towards analyzing existing systems and the ability to focus on a short-term result and a long-term strategy
  • Strong in delivering and communicating driven advantages to the business through the implementation of solid business intelligence
  • Hold vital stakeholder and leadership skills.
  • The job requires proficient in English, both writing and oral, to be able to connect with a team and global stakeholders.
