Your Responsibilities :

We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company.

At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

Main competencies covered by GSK IT are : Cyber Security, R&D (Labware, eTrack, Argus, Documentum), CRM applications, Mobile Applications, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, BI, Artwork and Packaging Systems, Laboratory Execution Systems (LIMS), Adobe AEM, Veeva, Salesforce, Digital Projects Delivery, AI, Knowledge Management, Hosting Infrastructure, Networks, Collaboration Tools and End-User Support.

The role is responsible for the successful governance and delivery of mobile devices and its configuration to end users.

Product Owner champions GSK’s needs with 3rd parties to drive best possible products and services at sustainable, agreed unit cost and exploits value from existing contracts by driving wider adoption of mobile solutions.

This is a collaborative role, functioning as part of a multi-disciplined team, focusing on providing the lead for service delivery and continuous improvement.

The service is of a global nature, providing service solutions to multiple business units, totaling over 40,000 users in 120 countries.

This may include liaising with business units or 3rd parties to gather requirements and assess needs for appropriate business solutions to be developed.

Accountability :

  • Responsible for governance of processes for managing of all GSK mobile devices and their operating systems
  • Work with GSK IT partners, Apple, Google, VMWare and other mobile suppliers to ensure right user experience on mobile devices
  • Lead product escalations to successful resolution, and ensure appropriate action based on metrics
  • Own relevant service contracts and relationships for GSK and provide governance and financial oversight into all stages of the contract cycle.
  • Primary point of contact for customer and vendor at all levels in regards to managed products.
  • Own improvement and technology projects related to hardware and operating system standards.
  • Basic qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree and / or extensive experience managing a global IT service
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and communicate service issues in their terms
  • Experience of managing with 3rd party vendors
  • Demonstrated ability for sound judgment with strong emphasis on quality, cost and service improvement
  • Demonstrated experience with IT management and improvement methodologies such as ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Management
  • Experience with Project Management practices (e.g. Agile, Kanban, Scrum, PMI, Prince2, SAFe)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills establishing strong working relationships and practices with clear accountability for delivery
  • Understanding of enterprise mobility solutions and infrastructure
  • Practical knowledge of cooperating with vendors like Apple and Google
  • Good knowledge of iOS and / or Android
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Demonstrated ability to design governance processes and enforce compliance with them
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams and / or Kepner-Tregoe preferred)
  • Practical experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (VMWare Workspace One and Microsoft Intune preferred)
  • ITIL Expert certificate desired
  • SAFe or Scrum training desired
