About the team
The Financial Crime Operations department is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe.
Working directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns and using cutting edge technology, we aim to prevent financial crime more effectively than traditional banks.
We operate in small, nimble teams that are built for scale, speed, and quality. Each unit is responsible for a different pillar of fincrime, giving you the chance to have a real impact on crucial problems that affect millions of people around the world.
To put it bluntly it’s about getting shit done and owning what you do. We don’t hide behind fancy job titles or set up bureaucratic processes.
Instead we treat our people equally, fairly and give them a ton of freedom and autonomy to create something awesome. We make mistakes, we learn from them and we back everything up with data and logic.
In three years, we’ve grown to over 1000 people and we’re adding around 30 new additions each month. From engineers to marketers, we’re on the hunt for exceptional talent to help us scale our business and get Revolut in the hands of millions of people everywhere.
As part of the FinCrime your focus will be to ensure all areas of FinCrime are covered to ensure business and client needs are met by scheduling the allocation of resources needed to cover shifts 24-7.
You will work with all the team leads and service delivery managers to understand the need of the business and customers and ensure there is adequate resources to cover demand.
The ideal candidate is a data driven leader who can dive into the details and implement data driven workforce management strategies.
The successful candidate must possess experience in all workforce management (WFM) disciplines including : forecasting, scheduling, advanced reporting, strategic staffing optimisation.
