Your Role :
As a Recruitment Business Partner, you are responsible for the fulfilment of requisitions with Client onsite as well as for the implementation and execution of sourcing strategy and pipeline with the focus on candidate experience and meeting client SLA standards.
The role covers middle to senior hiring in Pharma / Healthcare / Life Science sectors. You will execute all sourcing activities such as strategy meetings, sourcing, engaging qualified candidates online and over the phone, screening and submitting top profiles to the client.
You will be supporting Hiring Managers with competency-based interviews and assessment centres. You will be responsible for proactively seeking to identify professional talent, effectively utilising different methods such as market mapping, conducting research on job boards and social networking sites in order to establish talent pools.
