Administrate internal personnel system TETA (shared with Accenture payroll team),
Maintain compliance documentation (including required by employment law in Poland and GDPR), track visas or other time-sensitive personnel data, and follow-
up on expired documents, maintain employment folders
Support the full employee life cycle including (but not limited to) Go Orange (induction program), occupational health and safety, medical checks, benefits, probations, maternity, paternity and leavers processes
Work closely with the HR shared service function (Ping and HR+), update documentation, train the team and be the main contact for queries, ensure that employees understand and follow policies utilising HR PING when appropriate
Support your HR team to collect and complete data entry tasks and transactions, and other administrative needs
Assist with reporting, including regularly scheduled reports and ad-hoc requests
Be the go-to person between HR and other departments, such as payroll and IT services to ease communications, support business needs and help to resolve any issues
Participate in special projects, as needed guided by HR Managers and Directors
Support performance management and engagement programs
Manage a small client group including low / medium risk employee relation cases (junior Business HR)Skills : Business Acumen : Strategic Thinking.

2+ years of professional experience in a HR role
HRIS working experience (SAP, WorkDay is a plus)Qualification
Degree level relevant qualification
Studying for local relevant HR qualifications
