Currently for our client from the BPO / SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Junior Cash Collection Accountant with French language

Reference number : NISO

Daily duties :

Collecting due receivables according to procedures,

Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships,

Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams),

Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers),

Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

Expectations :

Very good knowledge of French language (B2 / C1),

Good command of English language,

Experience in customer service or other internships will be an asset,

Good communication & interpersonal skills,

Customer orientation.
