Provide application support, configuration, implementation,trainingand optimization of various enterprise solutions and of existing processes for large, global client base.
Responsible for installing and training end users about Accuity products at various client locations
Responsible forcustomisingtechnology solutions to client requirements
Provide consultative services to assist on how to best comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations worldwide, watch List screening and payments operations.
Provide technical support for Accuity clients during installation and testing phases
Provide online and WebEx solution demonstrations / training
Use appropriate software tools to diagnose proper resolution of customer questions and problems
Proven experience using and deploying software in either a production or support environment is essential
Experience with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations is desirable
Experience in financial services is desirable
Experience with a range of operating systems (Linux, Unix, and Windows platforms) and database technologies (Microsoft SQL, Oracle and DB2) is essential
Experience working with various web technologies (Tomcat, Java, and WebSphere)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client focused approach to work
Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure
Ability to travel internationally up to 50%(when no Covid)
