YOU AND YOUR TEAM :

Supplier Management sits within Customer Implementation and Professional Services (CIPS), which is part of Customer Operations at Refinitiv.

Various services that collaborate with Refinitiv’s customers have been outsourced to a number of suppliers.

SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM :

  • Ensuring that suppliers and Refinitiv meet contractual obligations and that suppliers deliver the required level of service.
  • Supervising and reporting on supplier performance.
  • Representing wider CIPS interests; reviewing new requirements with internal partners and suppliers.
  • Delivering supplier management practices that follow globally consistent principles.
  • Coordinating and conducting regular operational reviews with suppliers.
  • Carrying out forecasting activities and ensuring that suppliers have the accurate level of resources available to support business as usual activities and projects.
  • Planning and monitoring spend with suppliers on a regular basis ensuring no budget issues and alignment with Finance team.
  • Working alongside relevant team members to help ensure that invoices are reconciled on a timely basis, supports the validation of invoices, and requests the creation of purchase orders for the accurate services and amounts.
  • Reporting on a range of areas including : spend, supplier performance, resource utilization and Service Unit consumption etc.
  • Holding suppliers accountable for adhering to Service Level Agreements / Key Performance Indicators / Critical Performance Measures.
  • Raising and processing change requests with suppliers and internal partners as required.
  • Engaging with Supplier Management Director, Sourcing and internal partners on negotiations with suppliers, as requested.
  • Preparing and minuting strategic governance reviews with suppliers.
  • Answering general queries from suppliers and requests for supplier information from internal partners.
  • WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to prioritize
  • Outstanding time management and escalation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple geographies and collaborate within virtual teams
  • Good customer service skills, contract management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and in writing in English
  • Proven understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working in a global organization
  • Understanding of Procurement and Outsourcing
  • Supply Chain and Supplier Management experience would be desired
  • YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF YOU HAVE :

  • Financial sector experience
  • Technical knowledge and some basic understanding of Refinitiv products / services
  • Experience with tools such as Service Cloud, DocuSign, Ariba
