You will work on growing our global crowd database to source the right people to participate in projects which help our clients develop technologies and devices in the fast-pace and high-growth AI market.

You are comfortable with working on multiple projects at a time and love the challenge of finding solutions, answering user queries, and providing top notch customer service.

Responsibilities : User Support
Support users by answering questions, providing instructions / guidelines, troubleshooting problems, and reporting issues to ensure smooth onboarding and successful completion of project tasks
Manage Zendesk ticketing system for user queries
Provide quality assurance feedback and gather information / feedback from users as required
Create email campaigns (mass emailing) to communicate project information, reminders, bonus offers, etc.
Initiate feedback surveys and other communications to understand users’ expectations and experience, and propose suggestions / improvements that will increase engagement
Provide feedback to Product team to improve usability of the app
Administration / General Tasks
Liaise with Project Managers to monitor project completion status, manage user communications, and flag potential challenges ahead of time
Facilitate weekly payments process, maintain and update documentation accurately, and proactively communicate information with the project team
Create and improve templates, tracking sheets, reports, processes, workflows, guidelines to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Provide support on other project management / administration duties, user acquisition (recruitment) activities, and product / process improvement initiatives as required
Willing to work remotely in part time or full time capacity
3+ years of Project Coordination experience, ideally in the technology industry
Administrative guru organized, able to juggle many things at a time
Loves providing good customer service / support
Excellent communicator in written and spoken English
Quality-focused, detail-oriented, analytical
Strong team player in a multi-language / multi-cultural environment
Positive Open to receiving and applying feedback
Fearless Willing to take on new challenges
Self-starter / Proactive
Clever and fast
Bonus Ability to speak more than 1 language is a plus!
Able to align at least a few hours with PST time (between 9am-5pm PST)
